Our story, like our cuisine, is rich and deeply rooted. Gifted Catfish Corner was originally christened as Catfish Corner, founded by Woodrow and Rosemary Jackson back in 1985 at the corner of East Cherry Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Way. Their grandson, Terrell Jackson, took the helm in May of 2015, infusing fresh energy into the restaurant while remaining faithful to his family’s cherished legacy.
